Job Description - MW-Field Sales Manager-Chongqing

Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area, including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development, coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

What are we looking for

  • Experienced KA manager or field sales manager with strategy and priority development capabilities
  • Experienced in sales force organization development effective leadership skills
  • Experienced in Modern Trade as well as DT management
  • University education, min. 10 years sales experience in FMCG products
  • Has a winning and resilient attitude
  • Good in change leadership and in management
  • Has the passion to win and deliver execution excellence
  • Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for Chongqing urban Morden Trade channel sales and team management. Lead to develop an effective sales force and implement right strategies, capable of delivering execution excellence and core competence.
  • KA management: NKA/RKA/LKA/CVS annual contract negotiation and excellent excution, leading the category growth and gaining share in KA.
  • Distributor management: develop and strengthen business relationship with distributors, expand win-win cooperation.
  • Team Management: regularly review team associates' performance, develop team associates through PDP and IDP.
  • Achieving GSV/NSV/POS target and related KPIs by leading and managing the frontline sales force.
  • Holding regular business review with the sales team on at least a weekly basis. Taking immediate actions in response to the changing business environment and deviations in the execution.
  • Lead, communicate and enforce Mars Wrigley policy, culture, sales vision, direction, objectives, strategy, focus, priorities and programs.
  • Strategy propose and implementation.
  • Project management measured by the output vs. objectives.
