Officer / Senior Officer, Building Services

Tai Sang Land Development Limited, diversifies investment portfolios to include godown, shops, commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong as well as overseas, invites applications for the following position:-

Responsibilities:

• Handle general building maintenance and fit-out projects
• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial and retail shops
• To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
• To handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• Ability to handle multi-task activities to meet target deadlines
• Any other works as directed by Manager, Projects & Building Services Department from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management with minimum 5 years' experience in facilities operation & maintenance
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Registered Electrical Worker License "A" Holder or above
• Minimum 5 years'working practical experience preferably gained in Property Developers, Management Companies in property maintenance field
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Knowledge of green building design and green products are an advantage
