Job Description - Omnichannel Operations Manager, APAC

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with HQ Operation department to launch and full execution new global projects in APAC and monitor the status to make sure the quality and efficiency, including BOH, store handbook, catering kit launch, etc
  • Facilitate and support the stores’ communication with HQ IT and the local IT vendors to ensure that stores get efficient and prompt service, and ensure all system running smoothly including CBR, Webin, Workplace, IT server, etc.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the newly upgraded system for stock take and control (RFID), arranging system installations, test runs with stores, and training with HQ. 
  • Work closely with different internal departments and supervise external parties to ensure smooth store openings, closings, relocation, meeting all store operations standards and guidelines 
  • Coordinate with different teams to arrange stock take and monitor the whole process is done according to company guidelines;
  • Coordinate all store internal audit and feedbacks, related to store handbook, store procedures, etc;
  • Obtain store’s operational needs and feedbacks from retail team on a regular basis and handle queries/requests on a timely basis 
  • Handle all regional logistic related coordination such as merchandise delivery in a timely manner, Able to foresee/anticipate any problem that will be arisen and propose proper preventive measures and/or solution;
  • Regular store visits to ensure stores are in compliance with company policies
  • Operating expense budget planning and cost control
  • Other jobs assigned to improve retail operation and reach business target

Skills & knowledge

  • Degree holder in relevant subjects;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail store operations managerial experience, with experience in luxury retail industry is preferred; 
  • Experience in managing regional retail operations is a must;
  • Excellent in vendor management and inter-personal skills; 
  • Highly responsible & organized person, detail-oriented, passionate and active;
  • Excellent problem solving skill and with analytical ability, could work under high pressure;
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good computer knowledge/skills (MS word, Excel & Power point)
