Job Description - PAM Academy Manager

Job Description:

  • To deliver learning & development activities within Property and Asset Management (PAM) Business to ensure alignment with local learning requirements and law, and JLL strategic framework.
  • Working and coordinating with Property and Asset Management (PAM) Business to develop and design trainings for PAM employees.
  • Create and manage a curriculum of blended learning initiatives to support all levels of employee: covering Health & Safety, technical training, behavioural/personal development, line management, statutory requirements, and broader JLL development initiatives.
  • Strategize and set goals as agreed with PAM Department Heads on L&D (Learning and Development) plan.
  • Carry out training needs analyses for PAM business.
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback, and other data related to Learning and Development for PAM to improve operational excellence, working closely with the Portfolio Managers, Department Head, and HR Advisor.
  • Work with PAM Academy Committee and support with the annual plan of L&D priorities and facilitate its delivery.
  • Develop and implement a consistent induction programme, in line with the APAC onboarding project. Maintains updated curriculum.
  • Leverages workforce analytics report, writes reports, keeps training records for PAM
  • Sets and manages training budget and related expenditure claims for PAM.
  • Select and manage resources, working with both internal employees and external vendors to develop and deliver training.
  • Develop training manuals.
  • Communicate with team members, trainers, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Managing employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes
  • Responsible for the submission of curriculums and training records to Department of Skill Development under Labour Department.
  • Responsible for the submission of curriculums, training records and registration to related governmental department as required by local law.
  • Issues certificate for in-house training to employees and record in HR system.
  • Support HR communications/marketing to drive optimal participation across programs. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
  • Be responsible for admin and coordination for learning and talent initiatives delivered, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivery within complex organisations and across multiple projects.
  • Experience of designing and managing training programmers.
  • Excellent engagement with all levels, including wide audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate at all levels and within varied environments.
  • Experienced in leadership/management development, training design and deliver.
  • Experienced in managing a wide range of professional qualification requirements.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Fluent Thai and English.
