Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the commodity operation of instant retail business, responsible for the quantity and competitiveness of platform commodities 2. Based on industry characteristics and business stages, define core business indicators (quantity, information, price, etc.), and coordinate with relevant parties to achieve business goals 3. Actively understand user needs and changes in industry trends, formulate effective product selection/promotion strategies to meet different business scenarios and improve conversion rates 4. Build a daily data monitoring and effect evaluation system, continuously analyze and summarize product data, and reversely infer strategies and product optimization based on data 5. Be responsible for the research and implementation of commodity projects, such as user commodity preference research, new scene selection strategy, and efficiency improvement of commodity subsidies by category, etc., to precipitate commodity operation methodology.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of Internet operation experience, those with experience in e-commerce and O2O commodity operation are preferred 2. Be able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities from it, be good at formulating strategies, and work with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 3. Be proficient in using data extraction and data organization tools, have good data analysis capabilities, and use data to guide the achievement of operational goals 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, be able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and drive operations forward 5. Have strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and have a team spirit.
