Our client is a well-known real estate developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for 2 experienced Senior Property Manager/Manager for their office team and retail team.

Responsibilities:

• Person in charge to oversee commercial portfolios of a large-scale developer
• Overseeing the day to day operations of property services and customer services to provide all round property management services
• Maintaining good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
• Responsible for sourcing, managing, and supervising the performance of service providers contractors
• Handle annual budget and maintain proper cost control within the approved budgets
• Support the Company’s development including new project planning, renovation and site revamp

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related discipline
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing Grade-A office building/shopping arcade, with 3 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
