Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager - HVAC


A leading contractor with 1000+ employees over the world, working on multiple green energy projects for commercial & retail industry, is looking for a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager with solid HVAC project management experience to support their rapidly growing business.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and monitoring overall project implementation to ensure project quality has been met the client standard, in time and within budget.
• Complete and conduct the related tender, feasibility report, monthly analytical report of investigation on time.
• Supervise a team from design, installation, T&C to completion stage, ensure the progress in compliance and safety regulations.
• Assign and adjust the daily work for teammates and conduct their work performance periodically.
• Cooperate closely with clients and subcontractors to solve the ad-hoc matter to ensure the project is on track and complete successfully.
• Oversee the onsite work, advise and improve daily work progress and have investigation regularly.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in E&M, Building Services, Energy, or related discipline.
• 4+ years solid experience in HVAC/MEP project management of commercial / retail / industrial industries.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience can be trained as Assistant Project Manager potentially.

Package:

• 5 day's work week, 9am - 6pm
• Guaranteed Double Pay
