We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual like you to join our team. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities :

• Handle client inquiries by e-mail, WhatsApp and phone calls
• Responsible for sales administration support such as preparing quotations, contracts & invoices as well as database management (CRM), etc
• Participate in vendor solution sourcing, tender preparation and contract management
• Prepare sales and marketing materials for the Sales Team
• Assist sales team in sourcing candidates using multiple recruitment channels

Requirements : 

• DSE / Diploma or above
• At least 2 years working experience preferably in customer service/ sales support field
• Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Canva, etc. 
• Good in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable
• Self-motivated, a good team player with positive working attitude
