Key responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to guide, support, and motivate teams in achieving short and long-term sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead and inspire teams to meet business targets in profitability, service standards, and business development.
- Ensure efficient store operations, including staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Provide effective leadership through communication, motivation, coaching, and training to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to grow VIP databases and meet commercial goals.
- Monitor VIP CRM strategy to drive database growth and commercial success.
- Cultivate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service within the team.
- Regularly assess and review staff performance.
Role requirements
- Diploma or higher education, with a preference for university graduates.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in multi-store management roles.
- Background in fashion/retail/luxury brands preferred.
- Passion for fashion and retail, with keen market awareness and competitor insight.
- Proactive approach to driving KPIs and customer service.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
