Job Description - Retail Operation Officer

Directly reporting to the Retail Manager, the role will assist in providing full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation to Hong Kong retail operations team and stores and act as the key contact point between stores and office for coordination of operational activities. 

JOB DESCRIPTION • Provide full aspect of retail operational support for stores and frontline sales

• Manage all regular operational and administrative tasks, including preparing sales report, coordinate daily purchase orders, annual stock take, invoices management, shop expenses management and vendor payment follow ups, etc.

• Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth retail operations

• Work closely with Marketing Team and provide support on seasonal clearance sales event and all other store events

• Assist and support Retail Operation Manager to manage staff, retail operation tasks and other ad-hoc tasks

• Collaborate with other team members for standard operating procedure creation and enhancement

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above
• 3 - 4 years  of relevant experience preferably in retail industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Energetic, proactive, a good team player with can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to details, good organizational skills, and multi-tasking
