Retail Training Manager

Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.

Our client is one of the world's top luxury retail brand and they are looking for a Retail Training Manager to lead and join their training team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop training program and lead the training for all front line staffs
• Ensure all training materials are correct and translated for the market.
• Identify training needs and create strategies
• Align the training requirement with HQ and global
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 6 years of retail training experience, preferably in luxury retail sector
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent English and Chinese
