Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets by promoting leasing solutions through various channels such as calls, email, and WhatsApp
通過電話、電子郵件和WhatsApp等多種渠道推廣租賃解決方案,以達到指定銷售額

Manage company social media platforms: e.g.: Instagram / Facebook / 小紅書

管理公司社交媒體平台: e.g.: Instagram / Facebook / 小紅書

Identify clients' needs and provide leasing suitable solutions
了解客戶需求，提供合適的租賃解決方案

Selling and Updating leasing status through CRM.
銷售並透過CRM 更新租賃情況

Handle leasing enquiries and complaints from tenants

處理租客的租賃查詢及投訴

Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge to demonstrate professionalism
時刻更新行業知識，以專業態度待客

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

職位要求：

High diploma or above in business, marketing or related field
具備商業、市場或相關領域的高級文憑或以上學歷

At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
具備至少1-2年銷售或客戶服務經驗

Good interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships
具備良好的人際交往能力，能夠與客戶建立和維護良好關係

Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
具備良好的聆聽、談判和說話技巧

Good command of spoken & written in Cantonese and English
具備良好的粵語或英語口語和書面表達能力

Good command of CRM tools (Training will be provided)
能夠熟練地使用CRM工具和（將提供培訓）

Immediately available is preferred
