Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

Do you think selling sexual wellness products to the public in the modern trade system is easy or difficult? Do you want to challenge yourself and liberate the general view on sexual wellness products, including condoms, personal lubricants, and even adult pleasure toys? A more significant challenge yet, we will work it on a global scale, working in markets including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the UK. The successful candidate will join our team to develop and enhance our market-focused on emerging sexual wellness products.

Duties

• Creating and implementing sales strategies specifically tailored for the Singapore market.
• Setting sales targets, identifying new key accounts, and establishing plans to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Tracking sales activities, monitoring sales performance, and preparing sales reports for management in Singapore.
• Manage business in key chains in markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia and the UK.
• Manage listing and promotion execution; negotiate trading terms.
• Build and maintain good relationships with assigned accounts.
• Work with suppliers from Japan, Germany, Malaysia, the US and China.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a buyer in key retail chains, or
• Two years as a key account executive working with key chain buyers.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
• Understanding of Trading Terms and good negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for account servicing.
