Sales Manager (Skincare / Bodycare) (Ref# )

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the sales team daily routine and email communication with customer.

• Analysis customer buying habit, market preference and target price point during development stage.

• Commit to the achievement of sales target.

• Host all customer meetings, preparation & meeting recap follow up.

• Order and shipment execution.

• Monitor all team members & the related supporting department to complete all product development and shipment according to timeline, resolve critical issues arising from them.

• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers independently on development, quality and delivery.

• Brief customer new formulation development, host NPI & issue sample order to factory team, list out all details and manage with the timeline.

• Quotation, product specification and relative document consistency.

• Approve INCI, artwork, packaging and label output.

• Manage correct final samples for customer approval before purchasing.

• Arrange testing samples with Technical team, monitor progress and timeline.

• Approval & sign back the correct materials to Purchase department

• QC inspection booking and manage test report ready on time.

• Monitor order shipment, production status, coordinate with shipping on vessel date with factory production team.

• Ensure customer payment settle on time.

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in this industry (bodycare, skincare, cosmetics)

• A team player with good interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin

• Good PC skills with Chinese types & MS office

• Be proactive, well organize and able to work independently

• With working experience in European buying office or deal with customers that were European retail shops is preferred

• Over 5 years will be considered as Sales & Marketing Manager, over 2 years will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
