About the role

As a Sales Operation Executive , you will be responsible for preparing sales reports and analysing sales data for identifying trends, patterns and areas for improvement and sales forecasts.You will also manage the order processing cycle and support in creating sales presentations and proposals for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to prepare APAC sales reports
• Analyse the data to get customer insights cross APAC, including both wholesale and retail channels
• Assist in seasonal trade show meeting coordination and preparation
• Manage APAC order processing cycle and coordination
• Provide insights to the sales team regarding sales performance, customer preferences and market trends

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operation, sales analysis, product or data management related area
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
• Energetic, proactive, result-driven and self-motivated candidate
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
