Job Description - Sales & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating sales strategy for revenue growth
  • Manage stores to identify key issues and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop KPI target with measurable and actionable steps to achieve goals
  • Monitor sales performance through on-going analysis in sales trend, traffic, transaction value and customer base, to identify ways to improve bottom line
  • Formulate initiatives to deliver sales targets, including but not limited to commission scheme and sales incentives
  • Lead and manage frontline staff to achieve and exceed sales performance
  • Regular store visits to ensure that retail excellence is maintained and share best practices amongst all retail locations
  • Review of store operation performance so as to maximize efficiencies and productivity
  • Work with VM team to ensure excellence presentation in merchandise and window display
  • Work with marketing team to ensure that planned promotion and marketing activities are well-delivered
  • Educate, motivate and guide the frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Champion customer experience by identifying ways to deliver excitement and to exceed customer expectation
  • Monitor and reinforce the service standards at all times 
  • Maintain visibility and accessibility. Identify staff development needs and to develop staff training plans and schedule

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum of 7 years’ sales & operations experience in retail industry
  • Experience in Watch & Jewellery or Luxury industry is preferable
  • Presentable with good communication and leadership skills to work across different teams
  • Able to adapt changes and fast moving working environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Operations Manager
