SAP Consultant / Senior Associate

Salary Range:22-45K（視經驗而定）

Responsibilities:

• Serve as internal consultant in IT department.
• Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs.
• Provide advice and support to users for incident troubleshooting.
• Review business processes to proceed related functional enhancements and setup standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal users to support project implementation and problem resolution.
• Manage vendor to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete in good quality.
• Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training and documentation.
• Manage system tests and implement necessary measurements for quality control.
• Handle system rollout and data migration process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
• Experience and solid knowledge in either two of module (MM, SD, FI/CO).
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience in SAP ECC (Less experience will also consider as Senior Associate Position).
• Experience in retail industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in B1 is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Business know-how.
