Senior Expert in Operations Management

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of the data system for instant retail/O2O platform governance business, build an indicator operation system that meets the business, and effectively disclose business progress and risks 2. Responsible for the planning and design of the multi-dimensional data model of the instant retail/O2O platform governance business, business data report demand analysis, design, and implementation, provide decision support for the business and management, and realize the data productization of the platform governance business 3. Understand the e-commerce platform governance business, be responsible for the design and optimization of platform governance related strategies and rules understand platform rules and potential risks, and assist in technical optimization of decision-making engines 4. Lead the data analysis team, organize relevant teams to conduct training on data product concepts, skills, and tools, and promote data-based operations of business departments 5. Promote the relevant teams to plan and promote the launch of relevant nodes, and establish an A/B Test iteration system.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of data analysis work experience, those with e-commerce strategy or risk control experience are preferred, computer, statistics, and mathematics majors are preferred 2. Have the knowledge framework of building a data indicator system, and have experience in building an indicator system master basic data analysis methods, have certain experience in data landing in business, and have professional analysis report writing ability 3. Proficient in Excel, proficient in SQL, hive, and proficient in at least one data visualization analysis tool, and those who are good at R and Python are preferred 4. Have team leadership experience 5. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong coordination and promotion ability.
