This position will provide support to mainly Travel Retail Asia team on below aspects of HR activities:
- Employee life cycle support
- HR controlling & staff cost analysis
- HRIS (Workday)
- Recharge and invoice mgmt.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
1. Employee lifecycle and Contractors administration management
- Support any staff change relevant administrative process, e.g. external hire, internal transfer and relocation
- Conduct staff HR admin orientation for new hires
- Support any compensation changes in collaboration with payroll team, e.g. promotion, annual salary & bonus review
- Ensure smooth staff offboarding process
- Support the above process for contractors
- Provide administrative document support to employee when needed, e.g. visa application letter, work certificate
- Ensure smooth communication and execution of employee engagement activities in collaboration with domestic HR team, e.g. birthday and festive celebration gift distribution
2. HR controlling
- Assist HR manager in preparing rolling forecast every trimester and participate actively in meeting with GTR HR controlling team
- Ensure data update and accuracy in Adaptive with staff cost information provided by HR Manager
- Complete submission process in Adaptive properly and in time, in collaboration with different stakeholders
3. HRIS (Workday)
- Update employee record and maintain data accuracy
- Support preparatory test/work for major HR activities in Workday following Group HR transformation team guideline, e.g. performance review, salary & bonus review
- Support any local HRIS project with an impact to GTR Asia employees when needed
- Report any technical issue/problem to Workday support team, follow up regularly, until a proper solution is provided by them
4. Recharge and invoice mgmt.
- Conduct recharge and invoice payment process in a timely manner
5. Other projects and tasks
- Support HR Manager on different data analysis, in preparation for presentation, reporting, e.g. Group Social Reporting
- Support visa and any relevant reports preparation for different functions
- Organize face-to-face interview schedule and logistics
- Contribute into ad-hoc project when needed, such as HK office festive event organization, Responsible Day etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, social sciences or other relevant disciplines
- Ideally 3 years minimum in HR generalist role, preferably in FMCG industry
- Self-starter and energetic problem solver
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive communication to different audience
- Great sense on figures and excellent analytical skills
- Fast learner
- Having used Workday is a strong advantage
- English fluency is a must, mastery of another Asian language is highly prefered (e.g. Cantonese, Mandarin..)
