Responsibilities
1. Combining the content characteristics of short videos and live broadcasts, integrate platform and merchant resources, explore industry solutions, be responsible for the business goals of Douyin's instant retail medical and health industry, and continuously promote business model innovation 2. Be responsible for the goal setting and organizational execution of category e-commerce platform operations, formulate key strategies and implementation paths, including but not limited to the planning and implementation of platform promotions, daily activities, live broadcast room operations, industry investment promotion, product operations, etc. 3. Continue to expand the breadth of category operations, solve the business problems of merchants on the platform, output operation methodology, help merchants grow their performance on the platform, and form a healthy ecology 4. Analyze business data, design and optimize marketing strategies, and complete the mining and establishment of benchmark cases and methodology.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of e-commerce platform industry operation experience, 3 years or more of team management experience, experience in medical and health category operation is preferred 2. Familiar with traffic operation, marketing activities and practical experience in planning and implementation 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, such as independent operation experience in cooperation with well-known brands 4. Good data analysis and insight capabilities, and the ability to break down goals through data.
