Senior Planner (Production Control & Material Operations)

About The Role



As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for management of material forecast planning and production performance and control. The suitable candidate should have strong exposure for increasing process efficiency, accuracy, and availability to achieve higher percentile for on-time performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Cross check with internal user's on data analytics in supply planning and execute strategic capacity planning work to mitigate risks
• Responsible for data collection and visualization gathered from production operations analytics and develop/ deploy strategies which are efficient, cost effective, and appropriate for supply chain efficiencies and capabilities
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects throughout the operations of production
• Maintain data integrity and visibility within internal system to drive efficiency for processes of materials forecasting by utilizing internal global materials library

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in any relevant disciplines of studies
• Minimum 4 years materials operations/ development or production planning experiences, preferably obtained within the industries of garment & apparel, retail, or sourcing offices
• Strong knowledge to capacity planning and production control with the use of data
• Experience with performance wear or sports wear is highly preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaborations with internal stakeholders
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
