Senior Purchasing Officer / Purchasing Officer

With global offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Macau, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.

Responsibilities:

• Handle material sourcing & vendor selection of fitting out and building materials
• Responsible for consolidating and preparing purchase orders, quotations, price comparison
• Conduit price negotiation and make recommendation
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Handle all logistics operation including shipping documents, customs declaration and transportation
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Min. 8 year’s experience in the construction / fitting-out industry
• MUST have solid experience in sourcing interior products, site materials & conducting price comparison
• Mature and able to handle project orders independently
• Good written & spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese wording processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
