Key Accountabilities Responsible for the achievement of the sales volume and profit target of retail public packaging products in the responsible area.
According to the channel and product strategy, assist existing distributors to develop public outfit outlets to cover well and develop public outfit customers
Visit key public outfit stores in the responsible area as planned to achieve public outfit product distribution and display task, dig out project business opportunity information, and follow up the transaction
Independently expand the target store to develop into a 'public decoration monopoly corner', assist customers to follow up the bidding and signing of small public decoration projects
Assist the regional channel manager Do a good job in project management, including product system, project process, service response, training guidance, etc.
Implement public product promotion activities and price control, ensure the coordinated development of retail channel products, and promote Sell out/Through Complete other matters arranged by the superior, and do a good job in communication and support between various departments. Experience College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in building materials industry, with Public decoration project sales experience is preferred
Work experience in foreign capital or large domestic building materials brands, dealer/distributor management experience is preferred
Market development and customer management experience, business planning, project management and data Analytical ability, successful performance is preferred
Proactive in work, with strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills and ability to withstand pressure
Strong learning ability, cheerful and active, flexible, able to handle complex relationships.
