Our client is a well-known foreign retail brand. They are expanding their business in Hong Kong and recruiting Senior Visual Merchandiser / Visual Merchandiser (store based)

This role is reporting to Visual Merchandising Supervisor, candidates with richer experience will be considered for the position of Senior Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Implement and uphold company standards for visual merchandising (VM) at the store level, covering window displays, in-store images, mannequins, hotspots, in-store décor, and ticketing
• Efficiently and cost-effectively manage and organize all VM equipment and materials, ensuring proper maintenance and housekeeping
• Assist with layout changes, product handling, and store renovation or opening projects
• Foster effective communication between the store's commercial team and marketing team
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to enhance VM strategies.
• Enhance VM development by sharing valuable market observations, knowledge, and connections

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in a retail fashion store, but candidates with fashion retail sales experience and some exposure to VM tasks will also be considered
• Possess sound knowledge of VM techniques, including window setup, in-store display
• Strong fashion sense
• Ability to work independently with guidelines
