• Site Supervisor 26-32K ( 3-8 yrs exp. / fitout projects )
• Assistant Project Manager 33-43K ( fitout projects )

• Diploma or above in interior design or related disciplines
• 1-15 years solid experience in for Residential, Office or Retail projects
• site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required
• Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget, quotation, tender process and Site supervision
• Managing , scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
• Liaising with customers, contractors and landlords
• Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Competent in Autocad, 3D Viz , Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
