Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the industry key account development and sales performance of Smart Retail Cloud
2. Based on the business scenarios of the retail industry, combined with Tencent Cloud product capabilities, big data capabilities and various internal resources of Tencent, explore and discover the points of convergence of business opportunities between Tencent and customers
3. Integrate Tencent's internal resources and capabilities to form key account marketing solutions, and further promote the construction of benchmark cases in the retail industry
4. Take the industry benchmark cases as an opportunity to promote Tencent's solutions within the retail industry to promote Tencent's influence and market share in the smart retail industry
5. Relying on smart retail, build a business ecosystem for the smart retail industry, introduce and manage various partners, and build a smart retail business ecosystem
6. Maintain long-term relationships with major customers, maintain the satisfaction, activity and recommendation willingness of industry sample customers. And work with benchmark customers to organize various large-scale marketing activities to promote Tencent's smart retail solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of direct sales experience for major customers have strong communication, coordination, and resource integration capabilities have keen market insight, creative thinking and marketing promotion capabilities
2. Understand and be familiar with the basic situation of internal marketing, IT, etc. of traditional retail companies, and understand the decision-making chain of traditional retail companies
3. Have a good ability to promote the entire life cycle of the project those with work experience in the Internet advertising industry are preferred
4. Those with Internet operation experience and good at data analysis are preferred those with work experience in fast-moving consumer goods and retail industry software sales or customer resources are preferred.
