Our client, a China-based Virtual Bank, is looking for a SME Relationship Officer to support SME loan operation.

Responsibilities:

• To contact customers to obtain KYC information for loan application;
• To check loan application documents, perform financial analysis, and write up credit proposal;
• To perform site visitation, documents verification (e.g. BR), and support reassignment process
• To maintain excellent service quality to SME customers and handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in business related disciplines is preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in loan related sector in banking
• Sound knowledge on SME lending
• Experience in retail banking is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Location: Causeway Bay
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
