Sourcing & PD Manager, Outerwear

• Deg + 8 years rel experience
• Handle sourcing & development
• Follow up development, costing, issue PO, production and delivery
• Monitor costing analysis & negotiation with vendors.
• Fitting section together with technical team.
• Work with planner to get projection for capacity & greige booking.
• Work with mills for fabric development, costing negotiation according projection.
• Review customer feedback and find solution to fix out the issue
• Help customer service team to answer enquiries
• Vendor on-board training.
• Collect bulk goods from warehouse for quality review & innovation.
• Visiting vendors/Factories for costing negotiation and building relationship.
• Communicate with Technical Design team to help construction modification for cost saving.
• Problem solving for any issue happened during development and production.
