Job Purpose . Led the channel activation team to support short and long term channel strategy development and execution.
. Define retail all channel (Control store channel/Mass Channel/Home Decorative Channel/ Modern Trade Channel) trade marketing activities (sell-in/sell-out activity) based on the product marketing, brand and trade marketing strategy
. Cross-channel strategic coordinator ( Retail, Project channel and Ecommerce)
. Lead the micro marketing programs as a tailored rather than generic approach to drive the store traffic and conversion rate.
. Coordinate with regional trade marketing managers to execute the retail marketing strategies and initiatives to four regions.
. Well Manage Below the Line A&P spending Key Accountabilities . Led the teams to work with retail sales channel leaders to develop by channel strategies.
. Responsible for quarterly promotion plans to achieve sales target.
. Fine tune the promotion strategy and evaluation tools by channels to further drive the promotion effectiveness.
. Coordinate with channel team to set up the entry criteria for the Dulux controlled stores and mass channel stores as well as providing support package (e.g. store design, POSM and decoration guideline) for executions.
. Work with purchasing team to manage external material or service suppliers, particularly on costs and quality control
. Responsible for the annual A&P budgeting, and close tracking on the spending to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency Experience . Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred
. Good command of written & oral English
. Minimum of 8 years Trade Marketing experience in multi-national companies
. Excellent communication and organization skills
. Strong initiatives and leadership
. Home Deco experience is preferred
