Supply Chain Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain APAC.
• Collaborate closely with the APAC Finance Team and the Global Supply Chain Finance Team.
• Lead monthly APAC Supply Chain cost consolidation and reporting to the Supply Chain team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key financial metrics.
• Collect and analyze data from the APAC Supply Chain team to prepare management reports that explain key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and performance metrics.
• Update and maintain monthly reports on the status of Supply Chain cost savings initiatives.
• Identify key performance drivers and report risks and opportunities to drive savings and operational improvements.
• Partner with Finance team to prepare Annual & Monthly budgeting for Supply Chain operation, analyze and elaborate variances of actual financial results versus plan.
• Support the APAC operational optimization and savings initiative projects, as well as process reengineering efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key results and support strategic initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.
• Prepare comprehensive presentation materials on business performance across different business units.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in controlling, accounting, and/or the retail industry, with experience in commercial finance or business analysis.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the APAC market and supply chain dynamics is a plus.
