What you'll do:

• Acquire talent for both investment and non-investment roles within the firm
• Database introductions and interactions such as meetings and calls in the firm's system
• Assist with the overall search mandate, including designing interview/hire plans and coordinating interview logistics
• Source and evaluate candidates against role requirements, assessing prospective portfolio managers' proposed investment strategies
• Develop business/strategy/offer proposals over time and drive the overall talent process

What you bring:

• 1 - 5 years of experience in Financial Services or financial recruitment
• Understanding of hedge fund investment strategies
• Strong attention to detail
