Job Requirements: 

1. Minimum six (6) years of relevant full-time work experience gained in project management, corporate account relationship management, event management, public relations, and investment promotion in financial services industries.
2. A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business or event management-related subject ; a post-graduate degree holder in event management-related disciplines or holder of professional qualifications would have an advantage.
3. Marketing, campaign, and project management expertise and practical experience. Previous experiences working for financial institutions and/or professional firms in the Mainland or aboard would be an asset.
4. Knowledge of the business climate in Hong Kong, particularly in the financial services and family office sectors as well as expertise in project management, investment promotion, event management, marketing communications, or economic development, would be advantageous. 
5. Excellent communication and written skills in English is necessary. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua is highly desirable. Proficiency in another language will be an advantage.

Job Duties: 

1. To facilitate and execute the targeted marketing and promotional strategy to attract family offices to Hong Kong, creating effective campaigns to showcase Hong Kong as the leading family office hub for family offices from the Mainland and overseas;
2. To lead and manage promotional activities towards achieving pre-set Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") (in terms of number and quality of the FOs boing introduced to HK and served by InvestHK) within a set timeframe;
3. To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organize promotional events and duty visits to promote Hong Kong to be a preferred destination for family offices with particular focus on key targeted markets in Mainland China, ASEAN, the Middle East and other regions.
4. To manage and work with the marketing agency to create visually engaging videos and other marketing contents for website, pitchbook, and marketing materials etc to support FamilyOfficeHK initiatives;
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the family office industry within the designated time frame. Stay updated on global market developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in family office management to inform promotional strategies;
6. To work with PR agency to create contents and managing the social media accounts on a regular basis.
7. To lead the development and maintenance of our organization's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
8. To work closely with stakeholders on project executions as and when the Global Head, Family Office. Execute all tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that objectives are met within the duration of the temporary position.
