Industry background: rich experience in the home decoration industry or local e-commerce operation experience, familiar with the current status of the industry and operating mechanisms, and understanding of the industry development direction and trends 2. Business ability: strong business communication and development capabilities, familiar with category operation & product operation capabilities, and relevant work experience in product selection logic and methodology for creating popular products 3. Collaboration ability: excellent management and collaboration ability , can lead cross-organizational and cross-department project cooperation through personal influence, and have successful cases 4.
