Treasury Officer (Retail / FMCG)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash management
• Bookkeep for treasury related entries
• Prepare payment instructions and submit for approval
• Processing foreign currency payments
• Preparation of management reports and month-end closing
• Assist in performing rolling cash flow, P&L and working capital forecast process in both quarterly and monthly basis
• Liaise with accounting and finance team and bankers
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and specific projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and finance-related work experience
• Skills in cash reports, cash flow forecasting, use of cash management tools
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Detail oriented, able to deliver accurate and high-quality works independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
