VM & Store Planning Admin Assistant

Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.

My client is a Global Renowned Luxury Jewellery brand and they are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Handle admin and invoices process for the department
• Responsible for data entry, quotation, PO and invoices management
• Handling of quotation and invoice with all parties
• Arrange shipment and follow up on logistics & delivery
• Coordinate and provide information to logistics team to ensure a smooth operations process
• Prepare weekly report and maintain a proper record
• Coordinate with the logistics service provider
• Provide clerical support to the team
• Any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• 5 year of admin / team assistant experience in luxury retail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Tables, Index)
• Good command in Chinese & English 
• Responsible, Eager to learn and Hard working
