Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Cookies Quartet Limited is a baked food manufacturer and operates 7 retail stores in Hong Kong. Due to the rapid expansion, we are looking for the right candidate to fill up the vacant position.

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must.
• Responsible for effective logistics operation including warehousing and delivery transportation
• Prepare reports related to inventory, logistics, operational efficiency, and budgeting
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure and regulation and L/C document handling
• Good knowledge in China & SEA markets in bound transportation procedure

Requirement:

• Tertiary education in any discipline, preferable in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
• 2 years or above experience in handling full set of I/E and L/C shipping documents
• Experience in handling China and SEA shipment
• May require to work overtime and in public holiday
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English
