Job Description - Account & Data Management Officer

China Merchants Securities International Company Limited ("CMSI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client onboarding and new account opening;
  • Handle on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
  • Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking; 
  • Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts;
  • Handle and Process Client information;
  • Handle general clerical duties and provide daily administrative support
  • Assist to prepare statistical reports; 
  • Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics or related subjects
  • Minimum 1-2 year’s relevant experience
  • Good sense and experience on CDD, KYC & AML requirements, procedures and approaches
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing;
  • Attentive to details, patient and strong responsibility;
  • A team player, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

  • 处理客戶资料變更;
  • 协助日常各類文書及日常行政支援, 以及帐户管理各类报表;
  • 協助處理各類主管委派的工作;

 

崗位条件:

  • 本科以上學歷,金融,會計,商業,銀行,經濟學或相關學科專業;
  • 至少1-2年的相關經驗;
  • 對CDD,KYC和AML要求,程序和方法具有良好的意識和經驗;
  • 精通Microsoft Word / Excel和中文處理;
  • 注重細節,耐心和強烈的責任感;
  • 具有團隊合作精神,良好的人際交往和溝通能力;
  • 良好的英語,中文和普通話聽說讀寫能力。
