Account Manager

We will rely on you to:

• To manage assigned client portfolios to achieving business target and revenue growth;
• To manage RBM/GBM accounts independently;
• To work with NB sales team for new business opportunity;
• To prepare proposals and reports including claims analysis report;
• To do market exercise and arrange clients meeting for renewal;
• Client facing and support/assist team to serve jumbo accounts in HK and Macau;
• To follow and give solutions for critical claims issue;
• To conduct staff briefing and workshop, internal/external events;
• To assist supervisor to prepare management / budget reports;
• To screen and check insurance policies to ensure accurate;
• To follow up invoices and payments with internal / clients;
• To file the member movement, claims, billings, proposal reports, policies etc to internal system;
• To fulfil LCPA requirement and CPD/internal training with zero E&O.

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience with insurance background preferred brokering firm;
• University graduate;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong team-player;
• Good communication, marketing and interpersonal skills;
• Good PC skills in Microsoft office, strong in excel and PPT reporting.
