Job Description - Assistant Manager / Business Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective cross-border business strategies including annual and long-term development plans
  • Perform project management from planning to executing various business initiatives related to the development of Wealth Management Connect (WMC) and cross-border business
  • Collaborate with product managers to enhance products and services rendered to cross-border customer segment
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, monitor campaign result and conduct post-sales evaluation to drive the business growth
  • Keep abreast of competitor’s activities, collect relevant market information and conduct competitive analysis
  • Coordinate among various sales channels to support the growth of cross-border business and compile various sales reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide relevant support in accordance with management’s direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration/ Marketing / Finance / credit related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years or above relevant working experience in banking industry / financial institutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player with strong data and numerical sense
  • Good analytical, presentation and project management skills
  • Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
