Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to SME Account Focus Team
• Handle sales documents such as sales reports, proposals, contracts etc.
• Assist in communicating with customers' enquiries 
• Approach new customers on project basis and maintain existing customers through outbound telephone calls
• Maintain the customers in middle class and improve customer loyalty
• Customer survey through outbound telephone calls
• Conduct site visit occasionally with customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (logistic industry is preferred)
• Excellent customer services and communication skills
• Good time management skills and well organized, proactive and positive learning attitude
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant
• Five Day Work, Immediate available will be an advantage
