Business Development Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare service proposals/quotations and provide presentations to customers
• Support and be responsible for business development activities, including customer/site visit
• Handle sales enquiry and / or variation in projects and work together with Project Managers for tender preparation
• To sell and promote IoT solution to Smart city market specific in Construction areas
• To liaise with government bodies, clients representatives & vendors for project implementation
• To prepare & maintain technical documentation for internal products
• To explore new accounts and achieve assigned sales targets
• Develop sales forecast, plans and strategies in order to boost sales volume and turnover
• Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with customers

 

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in any disciplines
• At least 3 years related working experience is preferable (candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager)
• Exposure in government projects is an advantage
• Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing
• Experience and technical knowledge in AWS will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of construction industry, particularly in digitalization & IoT solutions would be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment
• Keen and willing to work in a fast pace environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved
• Good communication & presentation skills and high initiative to take up challenges
• Can work independently with customer focus
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
