Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for further growth in business.
• Identify & develop new customers & business opportunities in Hong Kong, China and global markets.
• Maintain and extend relationships with existing customers with focus on industry and market development trends.
• Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect market/competitors’ intelligence to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats.
• Cooperate with management to support sales & marketing division.
• Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits to achieve business purposes.
• Plan and develop promotional activities to increase market awareness.
• Willing to travel to Mainland China or overseas for business meetings.
• Cold calling and explore new business from sales leads.
• Provide updated quotation to customers.
• Prepare various sales-related reports.

Requirements

• DSE or above.
• 3 years solid working experience in freight forwarding.
• Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in air operation is advantage.
