Responsibilities
- Managing, growing, maintaining and developing the relationships with key corporate customers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts and lead the team to achieve monthly sales target
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement
- Provide creative ideas and proposal for marketing and promotional campaign
- Prepare regular qualitative and quantitative report to measure effectiveness of respective campaigns and draw insights and propose feasible actions for upcoming projects
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
- Degree holder, preferably in marketing, media, journalism, communications or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with supervisor management and related experience (have insurance experience is perfectly but not must)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
