Life Solutions is a water filtration company providing drinking water systems and their maintenance to our clients. With offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Life Solutions provides its service to over 3000 clients in HK and Macau.

Responsibilities  

• Handle customers’ enquiries or complaints in a professional manner for highest level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal departments to seek solutions to customers
• Provide and follow up after-sales services to customers, including installation, repair and maintenance and etc
• Assist to prepare statistical data and/or reports as assigned from time to time
• Perform other operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

Re qui rements

• Secondary School or above with at least 1 year solid experience in customer service
• Proactive, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
• Team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferred.
