Director Assistant / General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve various targets and operational objectives of the Group (garment accessories)


• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and expenses while maximizing resource utilization among different departments


• Analyze business and management reports and provide recommendations to the Managing Director


• Manage & Collaborate with sales teams in developing and implementing sales strategies and activities to achieve sales target


• Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents etc.


• Attend, manage and organize daily schedules, business appointments and meetings.  Occasionally business trip is required


• Proactively explore business opportunities     


• Acting for the Managing Director to manage the company if necessary


• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


• Willing to work on holiday or overtime if necessary

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing / Management experience


• Strong business skills, including financial management, sales operations, marketing, and strategic planning


• Strong leadership skills to assist the Managing director to manage the Company 


• High sense of integrity and confidentiality


• Excellent organizing and problem-solving skills with good judgment


• Strong market sense and awareness


• Professional business manners and good interpersonal skills.


• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin


• Possess of valid HK passport or other citizenship for business travel


• Proficient in computer knowledge
