Director, Equity Sales Trader

Role:

• Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients in AeJ.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships by understanding clients needs, preferences, and investment goals.
• Stay abreast of market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes.
• Provide valuable insights to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
• Execute client trades with precision, adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with control functions (Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance).

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
• More than 10 years in equity sales trading, with a proven track record.
• Have an existing transferable client base.
• In-depth knowledge of equities markets, trading strategies, and industry dynamics.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements ensures seamless operations.
