Job Description

1. Quotation calculation

• Responsible for the acquisition of new projects with cost calculation and quotation.
• Profit (EBIT) calculation and tracking by each project milestone, analyze EBIT deviations for each milestone, understand the root cause, and if needed check any measures implemented to close the deviations.
• Provide trustfully decision relevant information/recommendation to management.
• Good communication and strong influence towards core functions like sales , financial, project manager, as well as high level management both in China and Germany.
• Annual business plan for quotation premises.
• Digitization for Smart Quotation (internal quotation management tool) further. development, build up the data collecting and data analysis ability via tool solution.

1. Sales Price Analysis

• Sales price analysis for products incl. volume loss / cancellation claim for Business Unit and Asia Pacific other region.
• Responsible for price disclosure strategies and the preparation of price break downs.
• Responsible for presentation and explanation of price break downs to our customers.
• Take part in customer cost workshops and transfer the customers feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic sales partner to achieve the highest possibleprofit (EBIT) while remaining competitive in the market.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree and above, major in accounting & finance and abroad background preferred

Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 3 years' multi-national company working experience in Controlling, Finance or Commercial

Personality and Working Practice:

Advanced MS Office user knowledge (particularly Excel, Power Point, PBI), experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred)

Good analyzing and interpreting data skill.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Self-motivated
