Job Responsibilities:
-Seek cooperation with large and medium-sized corporate customers and develop potential customers.
-Plan and manage small and medium-sized enterprise customers.
-Build harmonious customer relationships and gain trust by understanding the customer's business and market.
-Assess the type and size of customer needs.
-Provide solutions based on customer needs using industry knowledge.
-Invite customers through product trading and seminars to share the latest regulations and product information and maintain customer relationships.
-Partner customers within Deutsche Post DHL Group use various sales channels within the network to provide marketing strategies and full supply chain services to meet customer needs.
-Collect relevant customer information (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and prepare execution documents for customers to ensure correct operation handover and achieve customer expectations (SLA and SOP).
-Fully adopt DGF, SAP, CRM systems.
Job requirements:
-Familiar with air/sea product knowledge
-Strong communication and presentation skills, skilled marketing skills
-Confident, proactive, responsible
-Strong English writing and speaking skills
-Candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred
-Enthusiastic and good teamwork spirit
