General Manager, Corporate Banking Strategy & Planning

Our client is an expanding Chinese Bank in Hong Kong and is currently expanding their business in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for a General Manager to overlook their Corporate Banking department.


Your new role

• Formulate and implement business policies, business development plans for the Corporate Banking business
  

• Developing marketing strategies, product sales, brand management and customer relationship management for corporate financial business in Hong Kong and Mainland China

• Design, develop and review internal polices and procedures and conduct continuous improvement according to new regulatory standards and market changes

• Collaborate with internal Relationship Management, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure smooth business transaction processing
  

• Perpare periodic report for senior management and Headoffice

• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by senior management
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related disciplines
  
  
• Minimum of 10 years in Corporate Banking within business planning / strategic planning / corporate development
  
  
• Solid knowledge of various corporate banking products, including syndication loans, bilateral loans, trade finance, cash management, global markets etc
  
  
• Previous proven experience in designing business strategies and business policies
  
  
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external parties
  
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
