Responsibilities

1. Responsible for merchant operations and recruitment in the mother, baby and parent-child category 2. Merchant operations: Understand the overall gameplay, rhythm and operation direction of the platform, conduct hierarchical management of merchants, and start from data analysis to provide products, channel gameplay, Provide systematic advice on store operations and marketing, formulate targeted operating strategies for merchants at different levels, maintain good communication and cooperation with merchants, and empower merchants to grow and work with collaborative departments to promote continuous business improvement and lead the healthy development of the industry. Complete sales tasks and output operating methodology 3. Merchant recruitment: Based on industry trend control and prediction, establish a merchant recruitment management system, formulate recruitment plans for different types of merchants and quickly implement them, and be responsible for the number and capabilities of key merchant types 4. Industry leadership: Familiar with the e-commerce operation system and overseas catering industry ecology, possess strong market insight, data analysis capabilities and integrated marketing capabilities, leverage merchant resources according to platform sales rhythm and policy gameplay, integrate multiple resources, and propose investment invitations Operational adjustment planning, leading industry trends, and establishing industry influence.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations 2. Sensitive to data, independent and complete Data analysis experience, able to quickly discover the connection between business and data 3. Able to independently plan and complete business, coordinate resources of all parties, deliver results, and accumulate methodology 4.
